I started 'Working With Sky' because I saw too many talented business owners drowning in operational chaos - not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked the systems and support to execute their vision. They were stuck treating symptoms (the overflowing inbox, the missed deadline, the communication breakdown) instead of addressing the underlying patterns creating these issues. Multi-Location System Implementation

Led end-to-end software selection and implementation across six retail locations in four states. Managed vendor selection, requirements gathering, resource allocation, and phased rollout. Served as primary point of contact between vendor and internal stakeholders, coordinating timelines and ensuring smooth transition across all locations.

Flagship Store Buildout & Relocation

Project managed comprehensive flagship store buildout and relocation to high-traffic location, including physical outfitting, process redesign, vendor coordination, and timeline management. Coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition while maintaining business operations.

New Retail Store Opening

Served as client-side project manager for new retail store design, build, and opening. Coordinated between ownership, internal teams, and third-party contractor to navigate complex permitting, regulatory, and partnership challenges. Here’s what most people want to know before we start working together.

  • Everything happens virtually! We'll connect via video calls for our initial consultation and regular check-ins, and I'll use your existing project management tools (or help you set up new ones if needed). Day-to-day communication happens through email, Slack, or your preferred platform.

    I'm based in Rhode Island and work with clients nationwide - location doesn't limit our ability to streamline your operations. That said, I'm open to in-person meetings for local clients or for clients willing to cover travel expenses when it makes sense for the project.

  • I adapt to your existing tools - the goal is to optimize your systems, not force you to learn new ones.

    I have experience with a handful of software, most notably Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Wrike, Zapier, Canva, and Draw.io.

    My strength isn't just knowing the software; it's building or restructuring systems to actually work for your team. Whether that means a complete system overhaul or small tweaks that make a big difference, I'll meet you where you are and implement as much or as little change as your team can handle.

    If you're using a platform I'm less familiar with, I'll let you know upfront, but I'm a quick learner and happy to explore whether it's the right fit for your needs.

    And here's the truth: sometimes the best solution is a well-built spreadsheet. I'm all about what actually works, not what's trendy.

  • My expertise is in operations and project management, not marketing execution or content creation.

    I don't provide:

    • Social media management or content posting

    We'll discuss your current challenges, goals, and timeline. I'll recommend whether project work or an extended partnership makes the most sense for where you are now. You can always start with one option and adjust as your needs evolve. There is ZERO pressure to commit during our first conversation.

  • Start timelines vary based on project scope and current client capacity. Many clients begin within 1–3 weeks of our initial consultation and signed agreement, but I intentionally limit how many projects I take on at once so each client gets focused attention.

  • Your free consultation is a 30 minute video call where we'll discuss your biggest operational challenges, current systems, team structure, and growth goals. I'll ask questions to understand what's actually slowing you down. By the end, you'll have clarity on your operational gaps and whether my support can help you get there.

    If we decide to work together, great!
    If not, you'll still walk away with valuable insights.

    No pressure, no sales pitch - just an honest conversation.

  • Project Work: 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon completion. All invoices are due within 7 days.

    Extended Partnerships: Monthly payment in advance, auto-renews each month. Payment due on the 1st of each month.

  • Extended Partnerships are month-to-month with 30 days' notice for cancellation. This means when you sign up, you're committing to at least two months (your first month plus the 30-day notice period).

    After that, you have full flexibility to cancel, modify, or adjust your package anytime with 30 days' notice.

    Project work operates differently - once we agree on scope and you pay the deposit, we complete the project as scoped. There's no ongoing commitment.

  • I'll always flag when we're approaching your monthly allocation - no surprises.

    Extended Partnerships: If we're approaching your monthly allocation, you can purchase additional hours ($85/hour for Essential, $75/hour for Growth), upgrade tiers for the following month, or pause non-urgent work.

    Project Work: If scope expands beyond the original estimate, we'll discuss additional hours before proceeding. Additional work is billed at $75/hour.

    I never exceed estimated hours without your approval.
