Before Anything Else, Let’s Just Talk.

This isn't a sales call. It's thirty minutes, and it's the only step in this whole process where nobody's committing to anything yet.

What To Expect

It's not a pitch.
I ask more than I tell.
My job on this call is to understand what's actually happening
in your business, not to convince you of anything.

It's not scary.
If it's not a fit, I'll say so, and I mean it kindly.
A wrong-fit yes costs both of us more than an honest no.

Is This For You?

Probably a fit if:

  • You're the one person who knows where every project in the business actually stands, and you're tired of being the only one

  • You're doing somewhere between $150K and $2M+ in revenue, solo or with a small team (1–15 people)

  • You're relentlessly busy, but if someone asked what actually moved this month, you'd have to think about it

  • Something's been sitting half-built for months, not because you don't care about it, because nobody's had the bandwidth to actually build it

Probably not the right time if:

  • You're still validating whether the business idea itself works

  • You want someone to execute tasks you hand off one at a time, with you directing each one, that's a VA, and there's nothing wrong with that, it's just not this

  • You want a recommendation handed to you, then to implement it yourself, that's a consultant, also a legitimate way to work, also not this

  • You're looking for marketing, content, or financial strategy, not in scope here, ever

If the first list sounds like you, fill out the form above. If the second list sounds closer, this probably isn't the year, and that's genuinely okay, come back when it's not.

We'll land on which offer actually fits, Management Retainer or Embedded Ops Partnership, together, on the call. No need to figure that out first.
