Pay in full for the 3-month minimum term and save 5% (as low as $3,562.50).

What You’ll Actually Receive
"No execution" doesn't mean "no deliverables." It means I don't build or implement your work, not that nothing gets produced. This suite is lighter than the Embedded Ops Partnership's, on purpose: no mid-month notes or biweekly updates, since the weekly call and async channel already carry that job live.
Plan Foundation Report: once, end of Month 1: the plan itself, current state, priorities, and what it maps to going forward
Monthly Plan Review: delivered 3 business days before each month's review call, so you walk in already having read it
Engagement Wrap Report: once, at close
When You Need More Than Management
Execution needs don't get billed piecemeal here. There are two paths:
A one-month trial upgrade (available after month 2): for one month, get full Embedded Ops Partnership-level execution support at your personal rate (your locked Management rate + $2,750). Reverts back to Management Retainer the following month by default.
A full upgrade, if the need is ongoing: the engagement converts to Embedded Ops Partnership at your personalized rate, your existing rate plus $2,750, not a reset to the standard $4,000.
Who This Is For
The founder whose delegation infrastructure already exists but is uncoordinated
capable of executing, or with a team that can, but needs someone holding the whole picture, keeping priorities straight, and making sure things actually get finished.
Just as much a fit for a true solo founder with no team at all, as long as you're the one who'll actually execute your own work once it's planned and prioritized.
