You submit an inquiry. A 30-minute discovery call is scheduled— no prep required, fit and mutual interest only. For complex scope, a paid Discovery Session is recommended before the proposal, Sky sends the proposal within one week of the fit call. You review, sign, pay, and kickoff is scheduled.

You complete a pre-kickoff questionnaire— current state, priorities, tools in use, access credentials. Sky reviews it and does preliminary research before the call. Kickoff functions as the first monthly planning session. Sky builds your ClickUp workspace. The Kickoff Report is delivered— source of truth for the full engagement.

The monthly rhythm runs continuously. All inclusions are available— active workstreams are determined together each month. Your async channel and ClickUp are available throughout.

30-day written notice required from either party. Sky wraps active work and documents open items during the notice period. A closing call reviews completed work and open initiatives. The Engagement Wrap Report is delivered— a full handoff document. Access and credentials returned or transferred.
