That's what the ninety minutes are for. Before I build anything, we get the goal, the timeline, the risks, and the real constraints on the table together, in writing. Whether what you're bringing me is one bounded project or a business with a lot going on and no single view of where any of it stands, it starts the same way: with a charter we both agree to before either of us touches a plan.

My honest read on what life after the charter looks like and how it would run, so you decide with real information instead of a guess. The scope, pricing, and delivery shape for that next step come as their own document, kept separate from the charter itself, so the diagnostic work never doubles as a sales pitch.
What this isn't: the detailed project plan, with the dashboards and reporting views we'd actually run the work from. That's built during the one-week intensive that follows, the real project-space buildout. Your start date is scheduled first come, first served, since I only run one client through the intensive at a time. This is the charter and the direction — enough to see exactly how I'd run the work, and decide whether you want me to. It's delivered as-is; no revisions are included.
