Build It turns your brief into something you can run: the work laid out in order, who owns what, and a view of where it stands. I build it in ClickUp, which I prefer, or in the tool you already use when that fits better. I present it to you live, and you get one consolidated round of edits.

Version one
The plan.
A project plan built in ClickUp with the work in order, owners, dependencies, risks and a dashboard, so you can start and keep it in view. Use it, run it, and walk away if you like.
Version two
The plan plus your workspace.
Everything in the plan, plus a ClickUp workspace built to run project after project: its structure and permissions, your current projects rebuilt as plans, templates and automations, written-down processes, and a company brain, a searchable home for what you know with ClickUp’s AI set up to answer questions from it and file your meeting notes.
Whether you have one project to focus on or project after project, the plan is the same idea. With a workspace, everything you’re juggling gets laid out in one place, so you can choose what to start and when to deliver it.
What it costs
Starts at$2,500
Your price depends on what you need built, and your proposal confirms it. Your $500 from Map It comes off the total, and signing and paying within 3 days of your brief takes another $100 off. Your prices are locked in for 30 days after your brief (see Terms).
Don’t have ClickUp yet, or on a free plan? I’ll set up a new workspace around what you need, on a free plan or VSP Platinum, whichever is the right fit. Already on a paid ClickUp plan? Add me to your workspace, and I’ll build what your plan can run and tell you in your brief if anything needs an upgrade. Your proposal quotes any seats.
