Everything else starts here.

Most people reach for a tool, or someone to execute day to day. But a tool doesn’t build a plan, and no one can run a plan that isn’t there yet. Map It gets the project out of your head and onto paper before any money goes into building it.

How It Works

Sky working on her laptop at an outdoor table.

What you get

A project brief and proposal built from your intake and our call: where the project stands, what it needs, and exactly how I’d build and run it. Valuable on its own, and ready to move forward with if you want me to.

What this isn’t

It isn’t the built plan. That’s Build It (below), where I set the whole thing up in ClickUp. Your $500 is a deposit, credited toward your Build It total when you sign.

The investment

$500

Sign within 3 days of getting your brief and take another $100 off. Your proposal and your $500 credit are good for 30 days after I deliver the brief.

Build It

The plan, built in ClickUp. I take everything from your brief and set up the project space: the work laid out in order, who owns what, the dashboards and views you'll actually run it from. You get it presented live, and one consolidated round of edits.

How it works

After you sign, we hold a 60-minute build call and you send over what I need (a short checklist). If the call is held and everything is in by 11:59pm Eastern on Monday, your plan is delivered by Friday 11:59pm Eastern that week. After that, it moves to the following Friday. I build one plan at a time, so your start date is set when you sign.

How much it covers

$2,100 to $2,500 total

Your price depends on how many projects are in your plan, up to five. One project is always fully mapped. If you have more than one, the others are captured in your plan with the key information from your brief, so nothing gets lost and you know what to map next. Your proposal confirms your exact price.

Your $500 comes off the total, and signing within 3 days of your brief takes another $100 off. More than five projects is a different conversation.

Don't have ClickUp yet? I can set up your workspace and quote the seats privately. Already on ClickUp? Add me to your workspace.

Keep It Moving (optional)

A plan only works if someone is in it every week. Keep It Moving is how I stay in your project with you, in 3-month blocks. Requires ClickUp.

Light

$600 a month

I look at your project space weekly and send you a health update and questions. You do the updating.

Steady

$1,000 a month

A weekly audit and update. I fold in any feedback and updates you've sent by the time I make that week's updates and reports.

Full

$1,600 a month

I make the updates and watch the project through the week, with a weekly status update. Faster responses than Steady, in set windows, no after-hours.

Map My Project

All payments are non-refundable.

Your Map It follow-up call includes one reschedule. If you don’t reschedule or can’t attend, I’ll build your brief and proposal from the information you’ve given me. Your $500 is a deposit credited toward your Build It total when you sign, and your proposal and credit are good for 30 days after I deliver the brief.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens right after I pay?

You’ll get an email and a confirmation page with your intake form. When you submit it, you’ll get a link to book your 15-minute follow-up call.

What if I’m not sure what to put on the form?

It doesn’t need to be polished, but the more detail you share, the better your brief will be. Tell me what the project is and what you want it to do.

What if I can’t make the call?

Your Map It includes one reschedule. If you don’t reschedule, I’ll build your brief and proposal from what I have.

What if the tool isn’t the problem?

It usually isn’t. The brief tells you what the project actually needs, whether that’s a tool, a plan, or a decision.

How does the $500 credit work?

If you move forward with Build It, your $500 comes off the total when you sign. It’s good for 30 days after I deliver your brief.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All payments are final.

Not sure this counts as “a project”? Bring it anyway.

If it feels less like a project and more like a pain point, that can be run like a project too. Most of the work is defining the real goal underneath it: the result you’d actually recognize if you got it. Bring the messiest one.
